Our Mission is to provide our patients with state of the art, high-quality, compassionate veterinary care while exceeding our clients’ expectations, and providing our employees with the opportunity for personal and professional growth. We are located off Highway 280 in The Narrows. We serve the people and pets of The Narrows, Dunnavant Valley, Greystone, Mount Laurel, Highland Lakes, Eagle Point, Chelsea, Hoover, Meadowbrook, Overton, Shoal Creek, Sterrett, Westover, and the surrounding towns, areas and counties.

These guys and girls are amazing!!!! If you need someone to love your pups and kitties and keep them healthy go see them!!!! From the girls at the front to everyone in the back they are so sweet!!!! Dr Sara is so sweet and attentive to your pets!!!’ Love them!!!!

I'm new to this group, and I am so impressed! Everyone I've encountered here has been so very kind and helpful! I reached out initially through email with several questions, and they were quick to respond with great answers. Scheduling on the phone was a breeze, electronic paperwork was super easy, and I got several reminder prompts so I wouldn't forget, which I am grateful for!
The appointment was a consult on my dog's teeth and gum issues, and the tech and vet were amazing. The vet took his time with us, really listened to my questions and responded extra kindly and thoughtfully to each of my concerns. I'm not great with names as you can tell, but I will tell you I truly appreciate everyone's cheerful demeanor and obvious dedication to taking wonderful and personalized care of each of the animals and their owners! Constant Companion appears to be top notch!

I could not recommend CCAH enough! It’s been many years since I had a dog, but recently got a puppy that we have fallen in love with. A friend recommended CCAH and we are so lucky we have them! We’ve done all our puppy care, including spay, with their practice. They have always been kind and super patient with all my questions and concerns. They keep a very clean and welcoming office and staff/doctors are wonderful. Most importantly, they treat our Oakley like a rockstar every time she comes in. They give her treats, attention and celebrate her milestones. She gets great care and they go above and beyond to make sure we both feel comfortable. They did fantastic with her spay. She healed great with no complications. They called right after the procedure to update me ,so I wouldn’t worry and kept her over night to make sure there was no issues. They sent me text updates and pictures to reassure me she was in good hands. They followed up over the week after and helped me through any concern I had. Definitely the best animal care I have ever seen. I highly recommend!

Now THIS is how you run a veterinary clinic! Dr. Foster, Leah, and the amazing front desk crew are smart, fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. We tried 3 other vets in the Chelsea area and they are a joke compared to Constant Companion.

It begins with the waiting room. Spacious, great light, plenty of separate spaces to sit, and treats. They even gave us free t-shirts as we waited. Who does that?

We were called in on-time by a very capable and well-informed tech. She asked all the right questions, and took the time to review our pup’s records from our Florida vet. We asked about their annual plans and she didn’t need to send us to the front desk - Leah had all the answers.

Dr. Foster came in and examined Emma. He knew exactly the symptoms we were experiencing and set our minds at ease that these were probably normal at this age. We had him do some bloodwork and chatted about her food.

VERY impressed with this office and the staff. Shoot, we might even stick around Chelsea for a few years 😝

Monday, I woke up to find my sweet Lucy, lethargic. She wasn’t eating or drinking. The Veterinarian I have been using for years could not see her until Wednesday. I was not going to wait three days to get her looked at and cared for.
Constant Companion Animal Hospital had opened right here in my neighborhood. I gave them a call and they were genuinely concerned about my Lucy’s health. They told me to bring her in immediately. Upon arrival, the staff were very friendly and professional. Right away, they took Lucy and I back to an exam room and checked her vitals. She had a fever of 106!!
The Vet Tech Was very gentle and caring with Lucy. I was impressed with her, as well as,
Dr. Scott Foster, who was knowledgeable and thoroughly explained what test and procedures Lucy needed. He also went over the cost before obtaining permission from me to proceed. I’m very happy to know that I have an excellent new Veterinarian along with his caring staff for my fur babies. I highly recommend Constant Companion Animal Hospital!! Thank you all for getting my Lucy back to good health and for the follow-up call from Dena the next day!!!

The most professional and caring treatment I’ve ever had for our gang . Dr. Foster is not only a phenomenal vet but actually cares for his patients. Our dogs and cats are treated like family.
