Pet insurance is most often used to help cover the costs from unexpected illnesses, surgeries, or hospitalization. Whereas wellness plans cover preventative care and planned expenses.
Pet insurance can help pet owners budget for any unexpected illnesses or injuries that their pets may face over their lifetime (and chronic disease such as allergies or hip dysplasia!). We are happy to work with any provider you may currently be insured with. Most pet insurance companies require the client to make payments directly to the veterinary hospital when services are rendered, and then the client has to rely on the insurance company to reimburse them.

CareCredit is a healthcare creditcard that can help cover the costs of unexpected veterinary costs. We can either help you apply here at the hospital for immediate approval, or you can apply yourself online at www.CareCredit.com
ScratchPay
Scratchpay is another convenient payment option that has no interest for plans that are paid in 5 installments on a biweekly basis. It requires no hard credit check and tends to have the highest approval rating. Other payment plans with longer terms are available, but interest rates are variable based on credit history.
